Birka BioStorage, a leading provider of secure and compliant storage solutions for the life science industry, announces the establishment of new representation offices in South Korea and Switzerland. The offices will be managed locally by dedicated Birka representatives, strengthening the company’s presence in two of the world’s most dynamic biotech and medtech R&D regions.
Birka already serves customers in both South Korea and Switzerland, and the company has now chosen to establish a local presence with two dedicated representatives acting as ambassadors for Birka. Following a comprehensive analysis of global biotech and medtech innovation clusters, the Board of Directors of Birka BioStorage has activated its plan for on-the-ground representation in key markets.
The initiative is designed to raise awareness of Birka’s services and attract more customers from these regions to utilize the company’s state-of-the-art facility in Lund, Sweden. With its new 1,600 m² building now fully GMP-approved and certified, Birka has the capacity and regulatory readiness to receive and safeguard customer samples from across the globe.
